I could name many things like this on my shard.
I really get angry when I see veteran players selling "full spellbooks of bard masteries with all 6 spells included" for a mil on my shard. And new players actually sometimes buy the stuff.
Or some AOS roses labeled "EM Event items" for many millions.
It makes me sick...

I know some people are going to say: "whoever is stupid enough to buy this...."
But we actually have some new players on Europa and about once per day some vet has to step in on general chat to prevent a scam from happening.

Those things sold for 300-500 dollars at one point. Were they worth that? Of course not, however if someone is going to pay it I'm not gonna say no.

Well I've seen a whole bunch of garbage like that all over.

Personally I guess it all boils down to the old saying "A fool and his money are soon parted."... Or "Buyer Beware".

I don't put any stock in the garbage coming out of shame. 97% of what comes out of there isn't worth getting worked up about and it certainly isn't worth reworking a suit over. After working hard with imbuing and whatever to get a good suit I'm not about to redo everything just so I can use some POS that's going to break first time I go out hunting with it. Or that I'm going to lose when some super mob loots me...

Not worth the bother if you ask me. Rather have my good ole crafted stuff. Mixed with a few age ole arties that can stand the test of time and wear.

Frankly, I have never understood “hot trend” children’s toys. I don’t even understand why anyone would spend a penny on Elmo rubbish as this culture is becoming more and more obsessed with commercial brands, labels, and logos. Thanks to eBay, we can't find even normal toys in the local toy shops as they are scooped up for mass profit. But what do I normally say when I see totally outlandish spending by spoiled real life brats? “Someone isn't paying enough taxes.”
