I highly doubt EA is going to do anything unfortunately, since there's no real record of a transaction. [Logs do not equal proof as they are just text and can be forged.] EA will say there's no solid evidence.

I wish you luck, but best thing is community ban.

You were very lucky, but I guess it wasn't as obvious to others that he was just going to pull something again in the future. And winning over his one of his biggest opponent's was all part of the act and you fell for it hook line and sinker because you wanted that code that wasn't available elsewhere.

People forget, this is what scammers do, gain your trust, pop you in the pooper and then start to rebuild trust again until they get a big enough sucker & score to do it all over again. I got a million gold that says this isn't the last thread of this type.

It sucks for Orbi, but damn, I would have demanded those codes first before shelling out and made sure they worked knowing his past history.

OKay, I was one of those people you speak of. Personally, I think its comparing apples to oranges- his English skills, or lack thereof, having nothing to do with his actions but whatever. I don't want to get into that argument again.

I have not been around much to really comment on Diablo's actions. But just to make you happy, I will say that this child need to learn how to play nicely with others. I am considering banning him The Port, but I dont think I will be able to figure out all of his chars!
