If anyone did have such shields I doubt they would be selling considering you can no longer farm a shield with HCI on it.

well...considering the amount of IDOCs that fall, its worth a shot to post.

Ya just know that I have them, how much you payin per shield?
All you really need is the hci everything else is imbueable onto the these shields.
