(Question) WTB: Dull Copper Runics

Was wondering whether anyone had a decent amount of Dull Copper Runics for sale? I need enough to give some high end Smith a very realistic shot to craft me a 100% cold damge kryss. In my previous life as a smith I'm very familiar that this a crapshoot - sometimes you can win though. I'd guess to start I need at least 100 charges - maybe more. Thanks.
