Wrestling mastery question

Seems like a super simple question, but I can't seem to find the answer and I'm probably just a dope. Anyway: regarding the KO passive on wrestling mastery, how much is the bonus damage at tier 3?

I have a stupid caster template in mind, but I need to know the answer to that question before even determining if it's worth it trying, even on test center.

I'm assuming the bonus damage is dependent on PVP or PVM - this is a PVM template mostly, so that's all I'm really concerned with. But if you know both, that's great!

No idea. I don't know of anyone that runs rasslin masteries. I'd suggest farting around on Test Center.
