If you remember, many years ago (and I thought they still did) stratics had guild forums for all shards. CWS and I'd suspect most Siege guilds used stratics for their guild forums. It was great because it was soo easy for guilds to interact with each other as everyone was on the same set of forums. Up until about several months ago, these forums still existed.
The problem was they started to become notoriously unreliable. They would be down for days, months, etc and people became fed up with them. I think the final straw was the forums were down literally for about 3 months and I know that is when CWS and many other of our allied guilds went off and found new forum hosting providers and never looked back.
