and i play to pvp(on siege) and pvm as well.

I can switch out one skill for 110 eval too for pvp

Based on one of my bud's experience with a Mage/Archer that he'd been running for years, once the change to Mana Leech went in on the bows, this template was nerfed so bad he couldn't manage to do much with it. You might have more luck with it, but he had Med also, and was constantly out of mana.
