UO is the best game out there, in the last couple of years we've had new quests, new invasions, and new faction stuff. The current story that's been running for 3 years is winding down now, (shadow lords war) and a new one for SA will be starting. SA is due to come out sometime this year. New client, new race of gargoyles, new stuff like imbuing and mysticism, new lands, new dungeons.
They've brought back the EM program and our Event Moderators, EM Tashik and EM Helios are just wonderful, they do little events for us. For easter they passed out, and hid eggs, they had 2 mini events during the day. In the afternoon we had to kill brightly colored liches who had stolen easter eggs, and that evening we had to kill brightly colored demons and then the big boss a dragon. They had a dart throwing contest just recently that was fun, and they run the events tied to the current story line. We're so used to EA just running their program with no interaction, and suddenly the self proclaimed King of Britain Casca is talking back to us and answering questions.
It's an exciting time to be in UO, and of course what really makes the game special and always has are the people of Legends.
