The account has been reactivated and I have logged in, yet it still says it is greatly worn. How can I fix that? Or should I just redeem it so i don't lose the cash value?

Worn houses

Well, under normal circumstances, it would be reset in the morning at server up, but if that were my house, I'd be a little concerned about it. Mook [my guildmate] recently had one of his houses fall on the day it was only "somewhat worn". If I were in your shoes, I'd call a GM and express my concern about that and see what he can do to help.
If I remember correctly, a GM "reset" a house that Py Lethius owned, that was reactivated by a guildmate in order to save it, in the "In Danger Of Collapsing" stage. Players were camping it, guildies reactivated it, GM showed up and suddenly it was no longer IDOC. I don't think that is standard practice, but I'd give it a shot. *shrugs*

Thanks Kat! GM said it sometimes takes up to 24 hours for a house to reset after reactvation and my house would have likely decayed in that time. But he said they can reset a house from their end, once per account so I better pay better attention next time. Thanks much Kat, and to those who noticed it decay and helped me reactivate it.
I stealthed on over there this morning if ya mean the home I think ya mean. 
It seemed to have refreshed probably with server up.
So yall keepin that one or maybe relocating it, cuz ...I need to know, since I got all ye furniture out of there that I could for yall while it was somewhat worn & I have to put it all back now or I will just hand ya the boxes with furniture and plants, so yall can put it all back up again, stuff I could remove on Miranda, that is from the home that once deco'd up the place all spiffy. hehe !

Aye Kat that was the Temple of Mithras ie Py's home.
We got Py's acct. reactivated on day one, of it being greatly worn, and the gm told us to wait till server up the next morning and then if it had not reactivated yet, to page him again, to let him know..etc. It did refresh for us, via server up but we were all on the push for the GM button in case.
The GM would not touch it to try to refresh it, till we at least nervously waited thru server up the next morning...we were told a reactivated acct. would *should* reactivate within the next morning server up, which it had.
It was being heavily camped but me, Blind Otto and MJ had been removing stuff from Py's KSS temple as rapidly as we could from the onset of seeing it was decayin, stowing all his and KSS stuffs into all our own homes which was quite difficult for a blind Otto to do when he couldn't see, like we could, all of what he was moving out of there. And once it refreshed we all moved it all back in there. In any case .. in case it all fell, it would have fallen about empty anyhow !
