I believe it was Saturday when the speed was 247% for a good while...

I had a sim that had about 16-17 in cooking skill. I also had a sim that had 2-3 in cooking skill. Both skilling the whole time.

I understand that it takes longer to reach top skill pt (20.99) the highter your skill is, the more you have to green. But doesnt the skill go faster when your just starting out .... I know at 118% speed.. You can get a almost 2 skill pts in one green ... till the sim reaches about 6 or so then you have to green more ...

My question is .... When the Super Speed came ... I really didnt notice a difference w/ the skill pts. It really seemed like I was skilling at 118% really didnt notice much of a difference w/ the Super Speed. I went up very little w/ the Sim at 16-17 skill pt. Withe the sime that was at 2-3 skill pt went up the reg skill 1..

So is this Super Speed at 247% really "SUPER" or is it just something to get us excited because it says something other than 118%...

Has anyone else wondered? or tested this out?

But Does it REALLY DO THAT ?

Well I was able to skill two sims .... Both starting at 0 skill pt. for a window of 50min, and a full green. These were my results

Charm - 5.30 skill pt w/ lil to no lag
Body - 5.49 skill pt w/ a lil lag

W/ this information i was able to gather w/ just these two sims... I would say that the super speed of 247% Does help those Simeeps w/ no skill pts... but for those Simeeps that have a higher skill pt... I've notice that it doesnt really make a difference... But I was glad to see there really is Super Speed involved when skilling at 247% MEEP!!! MEEP!!!!!!

Ive gone from 6 to 11 in cooking tonight. Seems super to me.

i went from 20.00 to 20.99 in just a few hours.

Now that is what super skilling is supposed to be like haha

I don't know if it was just me but I felt like there wasn't a big difference either except that my other skills we're dropping faster than the progress I was making on the skill I was working on.

I just got done skilling at 247% and i'm not sure when it started or stopped exactly but in 1 hour I went from 20.09 to 20.60 so I have to say that's a big difference. I really like that lol. Thanks Dev's

i was going to say that the higher you get in the skill numbers that its going to take alot longer too reach the next number.... i dont remember where i read it but it stated something about 80 RL hours too fill a sims skill from 0.00 to 20.99
so from that i took it will take a few hours just too go from 19.00 to 20.00 and sofar that has been the case since its been 1 1/2 hrs and im close too being too 20... and that is at 118%...

so yes thanks for the 247 skill speed as im sure it help out alot of people... i was doing pizza that time so i missed out... (maybe next time)
