I believe the long gone obeta has some in the south west corner of luna (outer ring)

I carry wood engraving tools and all engraving tools as well.

The wood engraving tools are on the *engraving tool* vendor plus there are always extras, also on the two carpentry vendors selling storage containers.

That vendor is up and running by the pixies, near Iantown.
