I BILLION gp buyout for a PIE that says a japanese shard name on it?

Well now I can see who is driving EM pirces up.. its the Japanese shards thinking 1/20 pies are worth a billion LOL

Though I do not find anything funny about the recent high pricing/selling of items, I do find this item/buyout price a lil bit "extreme" lol.
