LS wisp orb drop down. Any other shard having issues?

Wisp Orb Issues per shard

haven't on Gl,though finished earlier today. whats problem? the dark wisp guardians and chest in wisp dungeon not spawning? or when clicking on chest(after killing guardians) people in area with quest not getting a dark wisp orb in pack?

When u say down, do you mean that the wisp guardians do not appear at all? Or does the chest not give orbs when dbl clicked? Or do you mean the drop rate has gone down?
I still have a bunch of chars to do. Hopefully they didn't turn it off.

Not sure if you know but they spawn in 5 different locations in wisp dungeon.
