Windows Vista - Patching UO

For anyone who's had problems patching the UO client on a Vista...
Scenario: you can download the patches, but get an error applying the patch.

Apparently you have to run your uo.exe or uopatch.exe as administrator (Right mouse click on the Icon > Run as Administrator) even if your user is local administrator on the machine.

Same goes with Windows 7. You can also right click, Properties on the icon and under Compatability set to always run as admin. Saves a right click.

Also on running, It always makes you say 'Yes' to run this. You can remove that, But it isn't recommended.
