why is mystism training only giving .1 (from 0-25)? arrrrggghh

kinda neat that you can cast healing stone with 0 skill using lrc and use it when u need it (then cast another)

Indeed I was training it on an elf and was getting.4 - .2 gains.
Healing stone is teh suck btw.
