Are they better to enhance/imbue after charges used? or pvp? or ??

They're useful for dexxers in pvp so they can chase mages when they teleport up to roofs or ledges in dungeons. Good for those scenarios but overpriced imo.

I dont think u can still get those anymore, and as martell said theyre good for chasing or running off. So basically only good in pvp situations
