why are barbed runics worth 1.5m?

They're honestly only worth 1.5 to the people who want to run top gear. Price has been steadily declining though.
I think most people make barbed armor. They want pieces to supplment their suit.
1.5 mil is cheap. A few ago they used to sell for 3mil or more.

Also, B-Kits were being bought for only 2mil 4 years ago in 2005... These items haven't really depreciated all that much over time.
