ive been playing uo for like 7 and a half yrs and was hacked about a months ago losing a lot of things, all the wealth was in items, i dont understand how people this day in age can survive off of like 20 mil... i mean ornaments used to cost 40 mil... i was poor before age of shadows, once aos came out i started making a lot of gold very easily, but anyway i wouldn't really consider anyone the richest person because a lot of people simply buy gold from other people with cash, they don't work to make their own gold, i take pride in making gold the legit way not simply throwing some cash at someone for a few mil

I would say Sorcon Gartius of Legends. I don't know haow much gold he has but he has a rare collection I would estimate its value at least 3 billion gps. He owns 4 or 5 castles some in Fel/ some in Tram and a Luna 18x18 in the sqaure...He's gotta be the richest dude in UO.

i am a very small time broker and over the past ten years im SURE (web and ebay stat glance proves it) that ive pushed over 100 billion though the game. took ten years though. bigger brokers do 100 billion year.

there is a lot of gold in UO.

brokers end up regulating the economy because EA doesn't bother=/

I've played almost 7 years and I have very popular vendors in Fel, but I've never had more than 32 mil at one time. Most valuable thing I own is a full tokuno dye set.

Back when SP Gold was $30-$35 a mil, I had nearly 200 mil (Not counting alot more in items). Prodo Shard was worth $4-5.

The last good amount I had, was 300 mil on LS when it was $2 a mil.. So you do the math and decide whats worth what.

I'd say whoever is the richest has the best rares collection that spans the entire life and history of UO. To me, right now, thats Hemisphere.
