sadly, I had a x-Friend steal this from me 3 years ago.
it was the best thing to come with the expansion, cause the expansion was yag.
OH other than the part on the intro vid where some guy runs out and says "don't worry Lady Dawn, I will save you" or something, then gets promptly cut in two by Lord Blackthorn.

Mine is in my garage, right next to my Boba Fett action figure, and my collector's edition of all Starfleet captains - minus Scott Bakula.
I will probably be selling off 90% of the junk in my garage soon though, so I'm not sure how long it'll remain where it's at.

LMAO now everyone will know what a dedicated UO fan I am, or think I'm just really weird. I not only have my original LBR char from the box. But I over the years have purchased and currently have sitting on my desk(i just retrieved them from the top of my closet) the entire set of McFarlane action figures still in their original packaging. The Juggernaut, Warlord Kabur, Captain Dasha, Blackthorn, Adranath, and the Ancient Wyrm. I'm such a nerd, but I wouldn't trade them for anything. Elmer is very embarrassed by me right now, lol.

what was with that anyway, i didnt play uo then but i saw the weird ass blackthorn all messed up on a drill or something had no legs.....anyway did i miss an epic time in uo?

It was like any expansion, it was epic for a time, hey I don't have a clothe map just 2 paper ones and and and I dug up the LBR book for all the helps, and stuff to get around etc. I don't think I have seen one for a UO expansion since then! I'm jealous I want the clothe map.

Gave mine to my youngest son. God only knows where it is now. He got it the day I opened the box. Never thought it would be so special. I remember buying a book at Barnes And Noble on how to play UO with all the new changes. I can't even remember what it was called now. Was at least 8 or 9 years ago. Now you don't even see the game on the shelves at Best Buy.
I have ALL of mine except one. And all of mine ended up being the same darn one...Lord Blackthorn looking like some cross between evil and heavy metalist. . I said see what siding with evil got you ...butt ugliness !
Anyhow they are all still here but the one. I so hated it x 5 or 6 that I offered one of em up to my dogs for a chewy toy. Two out of our three dogs rejected the ugly thing...BEAR destroyed it...so I am minus ONE Lord Blackthorn.
The cloth map is still here too ! And every box we ever got per acct. is also still here over the years of UO. Too bad now all we get is DOWNLOAD no boxes...nothingness !

The damn expansions should be free, and paid for with our monthly fees, damnit. That, or mail us blaze hiryu dolls or something, so it's more than just a bit-flip.

Lord Blackthorn's Revenge. He tried siding and cozying up with an evil greater than his own self and he got lost forever in his own demise sadly.
In the end evil bit him in the butt and we had in game funerals for Lord Blackthorn with game masters or whomevers back then. We had the plague of Yew *on most shards* tram side that lasted till the elves came and cured the destruction of plagued YEW. *think plague lord beasties, weird critters in swampy polluted Yew, boglings bog things seeds plants ants all started coming into being, as new stuffs, chaos dragoons, jukas and meers oh my ! New lands new critters called Illshener, and lots of stuff rapidly introduced into game just prior and just after the LBR expansion...and UO boxes with TOYS in em representing everything going on at the time in Ultima Online.
We lost our last LORD though
I always kinda liked him as challenging Lord British and the virtues, being the CHAOS to Lord British and ORDER, till he Blackthorn went over the top and became DEAD METALLICA and gone, with a spiffy funeral, yet very gone from our UO realm like our other Lord !Without either man to LEAD..............UO just becomes...........blurred motives of good and evil nothing like it could have remained and been with BOTH of em still with us...we are a people without a strong manly male fictional figureheads as our lords or king...and this new guy, just don't cut it ! bleh !

I fought Lord Blackthorns chaos shielded foes...with my lil order shield. Ya had to BE in those to even carry and sport those shields back...then ! *pre factions*

I am still waiting on some manly male to step up to the plate to be the grand Virtue good guy strong figurehead sort of not quite as sissyfied as Lord British whom made TRAMMEL to escape being killed/pkd for his beliefs.

I suck at playin evil ... just not me. whom I feel I can not follow, well evil........no matter how strong ye be...or what I surely do not wish to end up lookin like Lord Blackthorn ? Ewwwwwwwwwww yucky. That man did not know when to say NO to suckin up to evil too much... and he lost his life over it in the end. heheI can still remember though, my first expansion...maybe cuz I was new to UO but the awe and wonder of it all has never been forgotten on me.. RECSU RECDU...seeing that first ever brand new creature all noble yet EVIL that was...introduced to UO back then, seeing that very first ever nightmare in the new lost lands, that fried us all.......in the brand new lost lands !
We did not get any toys in our expansion pack but least we got a box and a CD. I can still run from Papua to Delucia blindfolded even to this day even I never get lost in the lost lands ! That very first expansion probably will always remain my favorite too bad the fubared it all up with Champion Spawns (and those rules) though in the end. But I still have an original blue ostard on Chesapeake that I got way back then as a pet...still alive under one of my old chrs. there, whom could have an 11 yr old ethereal but he keeps his original blue ostard birdie as his mount. IT WAS NEW once back then...every one paid top dollar gp for those silly ostards once upon a time for a mount. STILL HAVE MINE ! back when taming a nightmare was a challenge for to tame, that and WWs. See your LBR doll post has evoked UO MEMORIES and UO trips down memory lane.

I will trade ya 5 Lord Blackthorns for a Captain Dasha...I always wanted that figure but I got 6 accts of Lord Blackthorn instead...heck I will even toss in a 6th Lord Blackthorn majorly worn and full of Black lab teeth marks ?? Huh huh do we have a deal ?

keepsakes ya know even though I OWN his old acct. now, ever since he left UO ages ago cuz of Trammel and left playin UO... for a GIRL he ended up marrying. So I must keep the cloth map, cuz he was my UO mentor...ages ago.
