Who hell is in charge of billing??

Hello EA/Mythic, could you please get a handle on your billing department.

I purchased 6 months of game time from the EA store just a couple days ago.

I was credited for only 3 months.

I sent an email asking if this could be fixed.

I got no response.

I just checked my acct to see if it was corrected and saw that I now have ZERO credit.
MY ACCT IS SUSPENDED!!!!

WTF??????!


Does anyone know an email address to get in touch with these guys.
Their website question thing-a-ma jig is sorely lacking.

The system at times goes haywire... more times then the average uo player likes!!

It wasn't automatlicly applied, I recieved a mail with the code a few minutes after I confirmed purchase.
I applied and all is added.

Maybe you recieved the code by mail too ?

Once I missed a mail because it was routed to my junkmail box .. you can check this aswell.

That seems not to be the problem to OP describes, but it's exactly my experience of ordering 6 months gametime from UOGamecodes yesterday.

In the past (not including their recent fit of stupidity when they stopped accepting my credit card for a few days) buying 3 months gametime worked smoothly, it got automatically applied to the UO account, and I got a confirmation email for the purchase and then another confirming my 'return to Britannia' with the gametime just purchased - bit silly since the account was never out of game time, therefore I never 'left' so a return was impossible, but still, the process did mostly what it was meant to do.

However, since they now offer 6 months gametime on the site, I bought that instead - and although the initial confirmation is the same format, telling me 'the code will be applied to the account', I noticed the second email I was expecting never arrived. Sure enough, the code sent to me had not been applied to the account, and once I did that manually everything seems OK.

But here's the thing ... if the whole point of tying the UOGamecodes purchase system to your UO account is for 'security', how come I get sent a code that is not being used automatically against the account? I suspect that the code I got was perfectly valid if applied to ANY account - which sort of defeats the point of the link between the UOGamecodes and account management servers.....

It is indeed, I bought two codes logged into the site on Account A, And applied the codes to Accounts A and B. :)

I think WoW quietly bought UOGamecodes, so they could sabotage the booster release and wreck UO's player base.

Interesting theory, but it falls down since to consider doing that they'd have to think the UO playerbase at least a minor threat to their domination of the market....

OK, first my apologies to EA.

The problem wasn't them. The problem is my computer is a wee bit corrupted and e-mails don't show all content.

Looking at my e-mail receipt via regular program there is no code showing.
Looking at the receipt via my ISP's website there a code showing.


The thing is that I wasn't expecting a code so I had no idea it was missing.
I've always bought the 90 day time and there was never a code involved. It just insta credited to my acct.

I got an email today from EA saying that the code wasn't applied and they included the code for me in the e-mail.

Anyway I'm going to uninstall and reinstall my e-mail program (after doing a nice long scan) to avoid future embarrasment.

And again, my apologies to EA/Mythic and thank you for contacting me :)
