I was targeting huge groups of mobs and it will not form fire on any tile a creature is.

A lot of it might have to do with different elevations. Kinda like how you can't summon things on tiles that are right in front of you, or how you can't teleport around freely in some areas.

I know potions inside and out. To the fact that conflags in tram are one of the few ways to commit suicide in UO, to the fact they arent working(atleast in the new client) as intended currently. After the above post i tried to conflag a mob in the abyss near slasher, and no fire appeared at all.
