where from this vines?

These are dropped from whipping vines. Only place I know of them spawning is where you get the keys to dreadhorn.

Not those vines.

Anyway, the ones pictured.. i'm not sure if they actually come from the Lich spawn either... there were ones using that graphic that were an event item several years ago on one of the shards, and it could be one of those.

your vat isn't complete either - you're missing the small pile of bones that goes at the top of the steps - you have to look very very closely at the one at the lich spawn to see it
