I got everything and got the lamp but need to know where I go to get oil for it to see if I can win a house

u don't need oil just dbl click to turn on/off. on the other hand in case you are meaning the ink you use on it (while standing at the appropriate house spot)to see if you win, the ink for humans you would get from sir geoffrey in brit castle(1st door to left on first floor. heres link
