where do i get a stout whip

I am trying to get the summon fiend spell

Where do i get a stout whip. i read orc lords somewhere, but after killing tons of them for an hour i never found one >.>

orc captains, not lords.

That's the ones in armour, but with names.

I like killing them in the desert north of Zento. Just take the road North to the desert. Then just follow the mountains to the left, and just past the spot where the skeletons spawn is where a group of about 6 orcs spawn. Usually 2 captains and 4 normal (captains wear the helmets). My favorite spot because that is where I did most of my hunting/training when I started this game four years ago.
