Where did UHall OT go?

I was reading the general descripton of UHall and then tried to find UHall OT, and no luck...

Maybe that forum description needs to be edited if UHall no longer exists?

It seems, however, that it does not exist on every menu and, while it used to be available on the drop-down menu on the main page in IE8, that menu does not work in IE9.
