Who stole my reward choice?!! Two days ago I was able to choose my gift (on all of my chars) but today, when I wanted to have a look what exactly I can choose, no reward choosing gump opens.
I also checked if I had "auto cancel reward" enabled in assist, but that´s not the case..started uo again..didn´t help either.

So whoever captured my veteran reward choice.. please it´s missed so return it unharmed!

I have found that sometimes when I log in the gump doesn't show up. While other times its just fine. I don't think your choice is lost forever, but I can't be 100% sure of course. Have you tried popping into another server just to see if the gump pops up there?

And you might try setting the auto cancel option to enabled, log in, log out then change the setting back to disabled and log in again. It hasn't happened in years for me but I have had instances where certain settings got 'locked' somehow in UOA and acted as if they were enabled when the window showed them disabled. Again, this might not help but it may.

I haven't had the problem of the gump not popping up but yesterday I logged in, got the gump, cancelled it and after about 10 mins of playing WITHOUT logging out and back in the gump popped back up. It surprised me so I clicked okay instead of cancel but it never opened up, just went away like I had cancelled it.

I've been going through the same thing. Mine popped up for days and then stopped. Now I want to pick my reward and no gump. UOA is not checked for cancel gump box either. Someone told me in another post about copying and pasting something in UOA. A little over my head but will try when I get home. GM's don't care before you even bother to wait for 2 hours and then get a website message.

Well I tried that with activating the auto cancel reward option... no change.
Also starting only the client without uoassist doesn´t help.
You know the funny thing is, my other acc gets the vet reward gump *scratches head*

So whoever captured my vet reward gump.. what do you want for ransom?

I don't know if it is related, but for some odd reason, when we came back to the game after a 2 year pause, my husband's gump would not come up at all, no matter what. He actually thought that the person who attended that accounts for us for a bit (a RL friend) had used them. This went on until his next anniversary, at which point he not only got a new reward, but all his old ones re-appeared. Now, this was about a year ago that it happened, so it could be totally unrelated.

Same thing happened to me. I cancelled the first time the gump came up, now it doesn`t show at all.

Some workaround or fix would be great.

Update: I did not get the gump on my main, even though I did not use the UOA "Auto cancel vet reward" on that character, however - I checked my other characters on the account and removed that option in UOA on all. Then when I logged back in on my main the gump came. Might be helpful for others that have the same problem.

Well I submitted a bug report. I just hope that I don´t loose the choice I had left, cause in a month I´ll have my next aniversary.
