Where are Stygian Abyss character profiles stored in the Classic client?

I'm looking for the character profiles for my Stygian Abyss characters in the Classic client but I can't find them?

Does anyone know where I can locate these files, or have any links to information on the EA knowledge base pertaining to their location?
