Someone informed me of this on ICQ so I went to check it out. The guy in the Keep that's owned by Zek'a Kazul he is farming ore from the mountain but from the top of his keep. My guess would be goza matt's... I pretty sure this is not legal so please do stealth by from time to time and page!

Then if you head north you will find one of Soulweavers characters doing something similar but it's just a small plot on the ground. Again I would suggest paging I circled the areas on the map in yellow this is the Minoc area.

It's acutally pretty good idea nice one Zek. I don't see any reason why it would be illegal... people use those steps for everything else why not mining.... But go head and keep paging maybe it is i honestly dont know.
