When is the last time someone successfully used a Stygian Abyss upgrade code?

I'm seeing a lot of posters sharing their experiences with paying for the Stygian Abyss upgrade code, and getting the error message, This code has already been used. I'm wondering if this is across the board for Stygian Abyss upgrades, and everyone who has tried is getting this error, or if it's a subset of us upgraders. My gut tells me that nobody has been able to successfully upgrade using a code purchased in the past few days, because when I was reissued a new code yesterday, I got the exact same message. To me, that smacks of a systemic issue, and not just an isolated incident.

Also, if anyone from EA would liked to comment, we would love to hear from you.

On Sunday evening, I purchased from the Origin store (US version) and successfully applied a High Seas upgrade code. I know it's not SA, but it was an upgrade code....

I hope EA gets things sorted out for you and everyone else that got "used" codes soon.

I had no problems with High Seas or the Gothic packs...but SA is still
a no go for me. :(

Still a no go for me too. I've been trying all day.

I really wish Mesanna, or someone from UO would let us know if we should keep trying the codes, or wait for an official announcement that they are working again. I think the fact that UO hasn't responded here, and the phone support representatives being unaware of there even being an issue, makes me feel like nothing is being done and it could be months until folks that haven't already upgrade to Stygian Abyss can do so.

Ok, just got off the phone with one of the nicest people I have ever
talked to in customer service anywhere. He told me they were aware
of the issue and what was happening were that codes were inadvertently
being issued from years ago.
He said it was being worked on and hopefully would be fixed in the next
couple days.

He could not give me a definite ETA but said that since I had the order
number and this whole fiasco is tied to my email I would be ok. He
said I could try calling or emailing back and hopefully it will be
resolved by then. I am good with that since I really can not play
till the weekend.
But at least we know it is being looked into and all are aware.

Been awhile on SA, I did upgrade my account with High Seas/Rustic/Gothic booster and all worked okay, codes took an entire 24 hours to get to my e-mail though.

SA and High Seas added to three accounts two months ago. Purchased a Captain's Package (brit ship w/permanent paints) shortly after that.

Received all the emails within 5 minutes of placing orders (placed with the US Store).

No errors with any of the codes when entered in-game (Pacific Server).

Granted, that was two months ago, but at least I can verify that the entire system was working flawlessly at that time--whatever changed, changed in the last two months.

About an hour ago or so, ordered a Rustic theme pack code from the U.S. Origin shop. Got the e-mail in a few minutes and successfully applied the code to the account and also entered it into the in-game promo code field to get my raised garden bed deed. This was for an account that was already updated for SA and High Seas.

Lucky for you Deb, because I have been on hold for 1 hour and 25 minutes and all I am getting is music. I think they may have closed while I was on hold, because if they were closed when I called I would have gotten the recorded message saying they were closed.

They should really empty out the queue before leaving. I have never been on hold this long in my life! This just keeps getting worse and worse.

Bought one on Thursday finally got it Saturday Morning about 3am.... used it Saturday... around 8am.
