I made a new char when imbuing came out. I finished him today.
120 imbuing
100 myst
100 magery
100 eval
100 focus
100 med
100 random (I move resist, carp etc from soulstones)
He's not bad for a crafting char. Then, I trot out and become Illustrious in about 3 hours so I could use the Queen's Soulforge. It might have been 4 hours I went to about 11k Queen points.
A lot of us use really high-end armor. I didn't honestly think I was going to be able to improve any of it. I can't really even normally improve it by buying things because the game makes certain types of armor. When you really get involved in putting together really high-end suits of armor you always fall short in the same exact places. Basically, its like the rng the game just crafts the stuff a certain way even with val hammers.
I had a ring on one of my mage suits. 1 fc 3 fcr 14 lrc 10 cold 11 discord. Its a very nice ring, but this is a mage not a bard. I checked the suit and found I only needed 9 lrc and 7 cold. soooo
Here's what I did. I got 1 fc 3 fcr from the box of them I've collected over the years. They were pretty much useless til right now.
I added 7 LMC ooo got it the first time.
9 LRC the third or fourth time
7 cold the third or fourth time
ended up with
1 FC
3 FCR
7 LMC
9 LRC
7 Cold
It doesn't look all that great til you put it with the rest of my armor, but then it works perfectly. WOOHOO!!!
