When do Skill Focus Groups Apply?

Do the new skill focus groups apply only to pvp or both pvp and pvm?

its my understanding these only effect pvp ! but To be honest I have not checked both

Only in PVP was there a SDI cap so the changes only apply to PVP.

I was thinking that the changes were for pvp, but I seem to be doing less spell damage in pvm with my Mage/Tamer. Am I missing something else that was implimented?

Maybe because it says so on the log-in update page - I was thinking/wondering the Same thing

Even if it did somehow apply to PvM it really couldn't possibly lower your damage. You do not sound sure of the fact that you are doing less damage (as seen by the part where you say "seem to be") not that I would put it past them to break it, but maybe you are just having bad dice rolls, or fighting something you normally don't and it has higher resist?

From what I can tell you didn't miss anything so there should be nothing lowering your damage.....aside from the Developers having broke something in the code.

The only reason you would see a change is if you changed your template anyway.
