When are faction points re-calculated?

Well, been doing some stuff and got some kills, I am wondering what time of day our servers faction points are calculated for rank? Eager to see if I went up in rank (from rank 1).

Is it on server up? Or random?

Im on EST if that helps.

I'm pretty sure it's not at server up, and I don't think it's random either, but as for exactly what time it happens...I have no idea.

It use to be they would update around 3pm cst, but for the last week they have been updating between 11-2pm cst
