(Question) Whats wrong with Orgin store/Mythic/EA/UO?

For the last 5 purchases I have tried to make the codes are always invalid.
This is very frustrating and getting it resolved is a painstaking process that takes days!
All I want to do is make them money and it seems next to impossible to do.
Is there any other option to buy legacy tokens and such? This is getting ridiculous.
Its terrible customer service.

You sure you're not just copy/pasting the colon along with the code ? I made that mistake on my first purchase...just sayin.

NO...BEEN PLAYING AND BUYING CODES FOR YEARS. Its a definite problem ....I don't know what to do anymore? It is really disappointing.

I have had problems with all three orders & they bounce you back between in-game GM assistance & e-mail canned responses. I had to CC Mesanna on the last rant I e-mailed back & like magic they are NOW researching it & verifying my account. I hope to get what I paid for, over 2 mos ago, within 48 hours but I am not holding my breath, lol. We will see. Just jump through the hoops & have patience is my only advice. Pray? lmao

I had a problem with a legacy code a couple of weeks ago. They sent me a customer service number and although it took about 30 minutes (5 of which was spent trying to explain to the rep what a legacy code was), they finally resolved it. Here is the number in case they didn't give it to you: 1-866-543-5435.

Totally blows and is like getting a breadbasket punch. They should be better at customer service and at least
give you something for your time and energy wasted....(they sure make sure they get their money though) lol
