Ok after about 11 years :p I've finally decided to make a fisher. Well i got to 40 pretty quick, but now when I jumped to a boat, NOTHING for over an hour, not even 1 fish pulled up. So I went back and fished from shore till 60. I figured hey I'd be fine. NOPE, I still didn't have a single gain on a boat for over an hour. Oh great what the crap now :p Any ideas anyone?

Ah, to gain fishing at higher levels, you will need to go to deeper waters. ie at least 10 tiles away from any shoreline.

Also, you need to be in deep waters to fish up MIBs. No pun intended.

If U really want to enjoy fishing..Big time enjoy it this is what you need to do.. Buy beer...Alot of it..then drink..and drink alot of it :D Then get in guild chat...and have a ball :D

aye GM fishing takes forever..Big time..plus it also is good to have a cook for the fish steaks..or you can turn in the fish steaks to the libary also for points..

have some skills for a sea monster or two that might pop up...

and Drink ALOT :D

Good luck and happy fishing...just remember most fishermen lose there mind by trying to figure out if they should fish..or cut bait...

What I found the last time I GM'd a fisherman was that I could start out on shore to a certain point and then I had to get on a boat and go a few tiles out. Then when I couldn't gain anymore I had to go a few more tiles out and so on and so forth until I could deep water fish. It was the biggest pain in the butt figuring out where exactly I could gain. But I finally did it and GM'd it and you will to! Good luck to you :thumbup1:
