Whats up with the faction board

I dont know about the rest of you but the faction boards are not right!! How can on player have over a million kills. Can u say hacked!!! Now i love playing my faction Char and running my faction guild but how can we get on the board when its like this. And how cant OSI not see this!!!! This needs to be fixed for all of us non-hacking faction guilds!!!
