what's the deal with dci?

i swear to god. i'm running 60+dci 120eval and 100 anat and i ran into this dexxer on test who literally hits me 9/10 times. what is the point of dci if it doesn't do anything?

Splup you probably heard it form me.

Me and a friend tested this last week and his archer hit me 18 times out of 20. It could just be bad RNG but it has worked wonders fpr me before. I somehow get the feeling that this has happened after the SA launch but i could be wrong.

Anyhow, a friend gave me the advice to lower my anatomy under 100, like 99 or something. I havnt tested it yet but he said it worked better.
Could be an urbanlegend though.

Nope ((eval+Anatomy)+20)/2= Defensive wrestling
