Whats Best Way To Imbule PvP Bows?

As i said in other post im a noob when it comes to this stuff so what is the best way to make the really good pvp bows?

do i need to craft a bow with 40 ssi then imbule that, i looked on the imbu menu and the ssi only goes up to 30 thats why i was wondering about crafting them?
