I wish. Before I had a house in Tram it could be a nightmare to move gold between characters unless friends were online. Even to this day, when I pass a Yew tree I get the urge to search it and see if anybody is temporarily hiding anything in it.

yup, i lost a bunch that way myself. I think somewhere i have several saved but i'll not be taking the time to look through my house for them. the house they'd be in is jampacked full and my most unorganized one to boot.
