as the title states, ive looked everywhere and cant find what time {eastern that is} that the Atlantic shard goes down for maintenance?

What time does Atlantic go down for server maintenance?

Atlantic goes down about 5 am eastern time.
it is my understanding (could be wrong) that east coast shards all in the same geographic location and all go down together.
