What shards have the most new players?

I want to start helping new players but I never see any on my shard.
I would go as far as moving a CHARACTER (not toon) to a different shard to accomplish this. Any ideas?

It's just a guess... but considering there is no advertising and the only new players get dragged in by an existing player...


My guess would be: Atlantic has the most existing players to be dragging in new players.

Europa gets quite a few new players, Whenever I'm at New Haven I always see 3-4 of them.

New players? I barely see any players. Maybe they are all in the new lands (I've not upgraded my account yet)

I really miss old Haven. I used to help new players there a lot.

There are probably a lot in the new lands - it's well worth the upgrade.

One thing this thread made me think was this, New Haven is suposed to train new players. On Europa certain guilds hang about the bank to greet and help new players. If the new player creates a gargoyle they are brought to Ter Mur...

Now I remember when I first got to Ter Mur on SA launch day and I got LOST, How would they feel? I really think this needs to be changed so gargoyles also appear in New Haven.

Ive noticed a lot of (young) players who seem to be russian in the last couple of weeks on Europa. Some are also on quite early in the day (GMT).

The chinese are going to start playing soon. Hell if .01 percent play UO, thats like......... ALOT OF PEOPLE!!!!
