What NEEDS to be a turnin for spring cleanup beyond a shadow of a doubt?

More excitement for clean up then exploring Id say. That is my issue. Most don't know they are caught in the decline.

As said earlier. Please for the love of god allow us to turn in treasure maps, BODs, SOS, seeds, artifacts and heck all items possible.

But ya all the holliday stuff.
Fishing junk also not stuff from a shipwreck...the oears,nets ,fish head stuff.
Housing deeds , deco ones...

wood....i get so much from lumberjack and to bring it to the library isent worth it..
Same as for ingots..

I dont think tailor or smith BOD,s would be good..to many people have thousands of them...but would be a good way to dump them..hard to say.

But a ETA on publish would be nice...

Make BODs point value according to how rare they are. This will allow us to get rid of those thousands of hoarded BODs that many of us can't stomach to keep track of anymore.

Remind me, how did non-hoarders participate? I remember i basically used it what it was for, throwing out junk around my house, but i also dont just keep a bunch of useless stuff around.

Non-horders did the quests that gave 25k tickets and the other quest offered. It was nice and I was able to get enough points with just that.

Lets just simplify this.

Everything but what I want to keep should be a turn in.


Maybe this will be a lesson for the Devs to decrease in game items by decay or spawn rate.

I don't really have anything laying around my house that I don't use, I never keep that random crap.. so it would be nice to let people who don't hoard useless stuff to be able to take part in the turn in. My house is awesomely deco'd and I pk people.. thats UO for me. A box of chocolates or a stuffed bear or christmas crap I just throw out or give away to friends. The only thing I still have is old barb kit and val hammer armor, I think you can smelt it or what ever with imbuing but I don't imbue so aside from that nothing in my house is taking up useless space.

Last go around Spring Cleaning 2008 ran from May 6, 2008 to September 10, 2008.

If the duration of 2011 is anything like 2008 it should give all players the opportunity to participate and allow for time to acquire turn-in items once the event becomes active.

It's all about knowing what's on the list! Once you know what's on the list and what's of value you can start to 'farm' the items of your choosing.

Well hopefully it's stuff that can be found in fel, usually devs fail to give reds any way to participate in these types of events. I don't really remember much from the last turn in, all I liked was the boots with 2 poison resist and the night sight earrings. Being pretty much only a fel player the sorc. suit and such was garbage in my eyes. I'm pretty sure a pendant of the magi has the same mods as the whole sorc suit minus the resist..
