I tried posting a reply earlier...but no luck.
Anyways here goes again. For starters try to work on a suit that will give you some descent HCI and DCI, coupled with resists across the board of 60+. Try to have 70 physical though and 85 fire...if you are going the sampire route. Which well, it appears you are.
Your template should look something like the following:
120 Swords
120 Parry
120 Bushido
100 Tactics
100 Necro
100 Anatomy or 100 Spirit Speak or 100 Resist (in your case the resist piece for Doom)
60 chivalry
I know you have 110's, but to even think about having a plausible chance in Doom strive for the minimum of 115s to give you somewhat of a fighting chance.
I could go into the why's all day long in terms of 110 vs 115 vs say 110 vs 120. I cannot stress enough the difference. 120 weapon means more chances to hit which correlates towards more chances to leech back stamina and mana (very important).
120 Bushido a 7% more chance for criticals vs. GM skill. Doesn't seem like much but it is kind of like zinging when you should have been zanging. It's very important. More chance for criticals is well...more chance for dealing damage. In turn, that correlates toward mob = dead faster.
Additionally the very important concept of perfection. Less steps needed to achieve perfection, which is tied to the honor virtue. Which is tied into how much HP, mana and stamina you can receive back from an honored opponent. Which is important since...you can get back all 3 stats in a pinch when you are ALMOST dead.
Moving on. Evasion is tied into your bushido skill. The BASE duration is 3 to 6 seconds. You get a 2 second bonus when you have bushido, tactics AND anatomy at 100 or better.
It has a cool down of 20 seconds...which you knew (I think). Not something to be relied upon by any stretch of the imagination. Very good in a pinch e.g. you are about to die.
Okay, going onto PARRY. Think of parry and bushido as husband and wife. They are both ostensibly tied into one another. Samurai's 侍 block better with a 2-handed weapon then with a one-handed and shield. Your chance to block increases vastly every skill of 10 increments. Meaning?
at GM parry and GM bushido you have a 29% chance to block an attack.
at 110 parry and 110 bushido you have a 34% chance to negate an enemy.
at 115 parry and 115 bushido you have a 37% chance to block a hit.
at 120 in both you will have a 40% CHANCE to block an attack.
Okay so now sure you will say well that doesn't seem like much. But when you are getting attacked by 5, 6, 7 or even more enemies at once (which is very likely in Doom...especially if you are the lone dexxer there) it becomes very important.
So the reason for 120's if not at least 115's should be quite clear. Some people don't believe in 120's and think they can play quite fine without them. That is a fine school of thought, but for a dexxer in Doom, peerless, PvP and other important locations near you, you just can't beat it.
Everything else you can compensate. Those 3 areas you can't and when you are fighting monsters with GM to legendary skills you want to have the best chance possible. Not to mention...you will be AMAZED at the difference between 100, 110 and 120 in these skills. I guarantee it. It SHOULD be THAT noticeable.
That said, I'm not sure what shard you are on. Even a +10 power scroll should be relatively cheap? I don't look for that sort of thing any more but...You really need at least 140 dexterity. You may not be using healing, but swing speed is pretty important and when you are getting constantly hit and wacked on by 7,8,9 etc. mobs at once...you will want to keep your swing speed up.
As far as the wammy playstyle?...someone else can discuss that IF that is what you are looking at. I however, can't say I recommend it in Doom. The main reason is that you can't move FAST. Which I don't know about you, but if you aren't using 3rd party programs, many of the Doom mobs move FAST. e.g. some of them you aren't outrunning.
I recommend chiv dexxer or sampire. Both have different playstyles but rely on 120 parry and 120 weapon. Aside from fighting tactics, situational awareness is pretty important. If you are in wraith mode and that's how you want to roll with it, you are going to pretty much have to macro out your weapon when you get blood oathed. However good anyone may be on this forum, I seriously doubt any of them (myself included) stand there when a blood oath comes. That is just asking to die.
Other than that, equip yourself with a good weapon that you can execute whirlwind with. I recommend weapons other than soul seeker. If you can get a good weapon with mana leech and stamina leech and some DI...you will be fine. Provided said weapon has whirlwind on it.
Last but not least, for the individual rooms, have these weapons:
1. a 50% dispel weapon (preferably fast?) in order to get rid of summons...quickly. They are pesky so...why let them stick around?
2. a 100% fire-based or 100% cold-based weapon with okay stats for flesh renderer room. He's pesky and fast so...why let him stick around? Get rid of him fast.
Other than everything I said...you seem to have an idea of what you are doing. Hope anything I said helped. It's too late now to think of anything more.
