[Imbuing] What level for unravelin

I have been looking for this bit of information, but to no avail. I hope I am not just overlooking. At what level imbuing are you able to unravel for other than magical residue? I think that is what I mean...I have 100 Item ID, but I keep getting message that my imbuing is not high enough to unravel that item. Thank you

I didn't remember essences but it's probably 50.1, but I know I was unravelling relics at 95.1.
