Super slayer is 5 relics + 10 gems + 10 imbue ingredients.
Slayer is 5 (ee or mr) + 10 gems + 10 white pearls

For the trolls you'll probably just see a lot of soul seekers being used. Repond slayer takes 10 goblin blood, which should take all of 15 minutes to farm, so those should sell mostly to the lazy. Elemental slayer takes 10 viol o vitriol, which might take a few rounds of the acid elemental [renowned] to gather, but is easily done.

Elemental Slayer. Cost of ingredients on market of your shard plus 500k for your troubles if your tossing them on a vendor and making scims.

The key is the weapon itself. If you make them for people and they want a specific weapon type... a fair price on atlantic for a TIP is 1 million gold above cost of the ingredients.
