What happens with my pets, if I loose my skill?

I have currently a full stable. What happens to all my pets, if I loose stable slots? Will they start do disappear?

Nothing happens as long as the pets stay in the stable. If you pull one out, however, you won't be able to re-stable him until you have sufficient skill points.
