Fink... I'm sure I read somewhere recently, about a player getting a temporary ban for having "wild" animals left inside their house. The farcical thing about that was, that other players could dump animals in another's house, yet the house owner would get the trouble from the GM's.
Let's face it, who hasn't dumped a few... well... more than a few... animals in a friends house for a laugh. I know I have

But it's silly to think they could get into trouble because of something so trivial.
If the GM's have nothing better to do, than ban a player for creating animal pens, with *gasps*
actual animals in them... rather than concentrate on genuine issues and player problems, then there needs to be some serious priotitising done somewhere in the EA/Mythic offices.
If it's nothing more than knee-jerk reactions to reports from players with nothing better to do... then they're really not the sort of people I want to be paying to spend my leisure time with, because they're the sort of people that are strangling the life out of UO
