I was just thinking about something similar not too long ago. Maybe use a skill like detect hidden and it points to your item/box the item is in. I spend hours looking for stuff and most times i end up giving up

Even when I miss my blue robe too, I don't believe it is needed to help now. With the in game chat, at least on Siege, players can always find help in gen chat.
I would wish for an improvement for the in game chat system, so you can more than one chat at the time. I would like to be in help channel to help new players on trial accounts but I also want to be in gen chat.
My other wish for Christmas is a big one, I wish a new MyUO, where I can find info about guilds, alliances, the members in the guild and non guilded chars. MyUO was a great tools and just the easy way, to see the 10 most active guilds and the chars in them, gave you a better feeling of, how many players on the shard.
Christmas is a weird mess of religious and non religious stuff, as I look at it, it's more about days starting to get longer again and we are past the darkest night and we can look forward to the spring. Now I'm from Denmark and all the light and Christmas stuff in December make the month less dark and there was a Winter solstice parties long before Denmark become christen.Christmas isn't a religious holiday.
That is the way I was raised my beliefs, and I don't expect others to change the way their beliefs are about Christmas or that day. Its called having respect for how others feel even if I don't feel the same way.
So Christmas being a religious holiday to others does this make Reindeer, Santa, candy canes, etc religious items ?
Reindeer, Santa, candy canes, Christmas tree, good food and most of the stuff is really not religious items
A GM to answer pages, or a least some way to tell you aren't waiting around for hours for nothing...
Ring of Combining

So basically, we can equip the same amount of items, but make the characters look how we want/keep the benefits of using each item slot for magical properties(where applicable).

1) I would like the ability to turn off the sound effect on the mistletoe. Years ago I decorated my entire 18x18 using this stuff not realizing there was a sound effect, then had a friend come over to see my decorating...as we continued to walk through the house the tour just got more and more awkward.
2) House Pet (but limit one or two per house at most - I don't want to live next to the crazy cat lady and listen to 100 cats or dogs - those hallowe'en cat decorations are bad enough)!
3) New Castle/Keep Design and/or basements/cellars for all houses. Yeah we're back to that topic.
4) More Holiday Bells and/or bring back the holiday statues - I was never able to complete the collection the first time around - and maybe we could add some of the colourful characters from Stratics
5) Dirt/Sand/Water tiles.

Having had to re-install the Classic client twice recently and having yet again to put no end of people on ignore I would like a dedicated PK channel which they HAVE to use. This would stop the endless flow of banal chat and boasting (which often includes obscene language) which fills the screen. This is incredibly boring to many of us and obscures some of the interesting conversations. I am not awfully interested in who 'rules' and invites to visit Yew gate whatever that might involve.
Sadly I think there IS a Fel chat... but they refuse to use it.... I think they ought to fix it so if you are in Fel that is the ONLY channel you can use. Besides one you make of course...
I can say you are NOT alone in being fed up with listening to it.... I wish there was a Buy my crap channel too while we are at it so I don't have to hear them tell me they are buying or selling stuff 400 times a min. And then I wish they could hire a GM who does nothing but stay in chat and stand hidden near the bank in Haven... so he can instantly jail and ban that gold seller guy the moment he appears and starts spouting.... And he should spend 2 hours on each shard... Especially in the early morning and during prime time.. and he should then hand out 3 day vacations to the loudmouths who say horrible stuff in Chat....
And when he's done that for a couple months or so then he ought to have to attend every EM event for the next 2 or 3 months... and when folk ignore the EM and continue to spam spells, not move 0ut of the way, park their dragons on the EM's.... etc... they should be given a 3 day vacation from UO... and then he can return to being in Gen chat and watching for the gold seller ..... and in the meanwhile he can watch that jerk dropping his filthy books all over the cities and ban him instantly where and whenever he appears.....
Infact they could add a "Report a Bot".... to the help menu that this guy oversee's and he can come check out the bots when they are reported and remove them.

You know what would make me the happiest girl in UO????? If they fixed the menues in the EC so the colors you are looking at like hair dye for example are ACTUALLY the same as the ones that it dyes... How many years will will have to waste 200 bottles of hair dye to try to dye your hair a color you actually want. I finally gave up after wasting 3 bottles and had to log into the 2d client to dye my freaking hair.
Ya know, it's funny about hair Malagaste. I started Rhiannon off with hair color that was similar to my own in 1997: dark dark brown. Within a very short time, my own hair had gone to salt and pepper and now mostly salt. So around 2001 or 2002, I changed Rhiannon's hair to gray. And that's what it's been since. Ironically, I don't dye my own hair either. I love the way it looks and don't have to mess with the problems you are having trying to match the exact color you want.
I think there are a lot of simple graphic improvements that could be made.
I dunno if anyone watched the video of Mesanna's interview for Stratics' birthday but she told one of the Christmas gifts we're getting this year. Guess it's time to RE-recustomize my house...

6 new weapon specials
5 more cleanup dyes

2 change of underwear
and a server beside that crappy *bleep* Cloud..
On a more serious note: I'd like to have pets that cast Necro/Mystic in an intelligent manner instead of randomly spamming. How cool would it be to have a pet that withers when multiple mobs are attacking it? Imbued and dyable pet armor to put HC or SDI on depending on the pet?
Finally the thing I've been begging years for would be the ability to imbue a fishing pole. Sure you can make them with runic saws but I want to imbue my own.
