What changed with RoT?

Back to playing on Siege after a 5 year break. I don't see any updates to the FAQ concerning RoT, but I have seen a post here and there mentioning that it has changed.

Can I get a summary of the changes please and thanks.

No daily caps anymore. They were removed.

70-80 5mins
80-90 8 mins
90-100 12 mins
100-120 15 mins

alacrity scroll (blue) lasts for 15 mins game time. it gives each gain a boost to .2-.5
it is game time so for most skills you can insta log (house or inn) and log in just for your gain. that way you can use the alacrity for 20.0-30.0 points in gains. the skills that dont let you insta log are ones that flagg you.

I believe those are still limited to 15 per day.
