I will be taking a break until EA fixes this damn guy I don't mind loosing most things... But when I loose my blessed item that pisses me off.

I was fighting Righy & Krystal... I died then went an got resed my 1/3 with 15 DCI was gone... and they both claim they did not get it... so I guess it just went poof!

Well I would be careful I think it has something to do with the patch. and Necro as well could be a factor

Ya I am vry careful with my equipment especially that item because it was not mine... I checked it before I even went out to fight...

The way I died wast Explosion, Armor Ignore from Krystal, then Flamestrike Evil omen from righty so be careful I honestly thing it is something related to the patch.

Because when krystal was looting i saw a braclet (pixxel looting) flying.

Was a ring, well if u say u didn't get it I guess you did not I would hope you would atleast tell me if u did.

I dont think u necro haxxed me I am the last one to cry hack... but I think there is a serious bug out there... so I am saying be very careful I was just telling everyone how I died... I did die to a giant combo followed bye evil omen... and My item is no where to be found...

I did look at my paperdoll before I left the house I was wearing the ring it was blessed... I ressed it was gone. the damn thing went poof in all seriousness.

Yes after searching forever I tried to bless another item to see if I got that message that I should have got saying my (ring has been unblessed) all I got was a message saying (leather gorget has been blessed)

that is pretty ****ty. have not seen anyone lose anything in awhile. i would really love to know what actually makes it happen.

No idea but you know me and you know how careful I am with my blessed stuff ... all I can do is say how I died... and GM's gah do they even exist anymore?!?!

yea, you are always real careful so id lean toward something happened to it.

all you can do is look at how you died but almost every time ive talked to someone that lost something there was nothing that connected them. they just died somehow and their item was gone.

Ya this is one of the first times I have ever heard of the item vanishing though lol. It was almost like it was detroyed... but rings and bracelets do not have durability lol

Well Kage, not that we are good friends, but i do hate to see that kind of crap happen to people. Didn't there used to be a server line issue that would unbless stuff?

There has been so many things man I really don't remember lol but ya it was weird for sure. so if you have an item I would just try to be careful for a little while. I probably want quit after burning through that pack of smokes but I will prob take a break from pvp. and do a bunch of farming in hopes of replacing the item.

Just sucks because that item was so great for my template I chose to bless that ring over an orny or inquis any day of the week lol.. bad part about it is that it belonged to biggie

Kage i would never loot a soon to be guildmate and i would have giving it up to you if i had looted anything off you.I was blue and never went grey for a reason because it a bad idea when i dont have any reg on me to protect my self.But anyway i will keep my eyes open if i see anything close to what you lost.

And ya I know u would not have looted me I just wish I knew for a fact if the ring was looted or if it really went poof lol I trust krystal and Righty and no one else looted me so if they say they did not get it I believe them.

there used to be a bug on lake superior that made you drop insured stuff when you died, dunno if that helps or anything... any reports

Think about it, I'd say that most of the regular board posters would be more likely to come here and brag about looting it than deny finding it.

Yup...and if it is really nice, they will either use it or try to sell it, and this is the place most would advertise.

Oh, and just an FYI....Castor's vendor named "Kage's jewelry" or some such, is from ancient times, I promise he had nothing to do with this ring's disappearance.

Cross any server lines? I think crossing server lines can cause items to become unblessed.

after throwing a big hissy fit and blaming KOC my words probably do not hold much weight, but, Sorry to hear about your loss (that sounded like a death in the family)

Sorry to hear you lost your stuff. Sucks either way. I have a braclet just like it but it's only a 2/1, not that it helps you any but I'd sell it to you if you needed it.

That sucks Kage, did you empty your pack out completely?

You'd be suprised where rings can end up in your pack, and the patch might of change something so your UOA doesnt automatically put it on when you push dress.

Check very carefully, if you did lose it and it just went poof that really really sucks

I'm with GG on this. If it was evil dyed, try emptying your pack, spell books, runebooks and all. Adjust the contrast so you can see it better against the background. Its worth a shot!

I often rely on the container item count - if I "empty" my pack of all but my spell and rune books (which I have in a certain order and I hate rearranging to find something small in my pack) and the item count doesn't match what I can see of the books, then I know something is hidden in there.

If you empty your pack, check to make sure your backpack actually says "contains 0 items" on your paperdoll - then it really is empty.

I know...I figure Kage's item is actually gone, but like Kat's suggestion for revealing dark items, I figured the "container holds 0 items" method of verifying the pack is truly empty, was also worth tossing out as an idea. It might help someone else.

Not that this is any consolation but I have had two bonded pets go Poof in the last week. Loged in and the were just gone

Is it at all possible that you were not wearing it to start with? Maybe ya got drunk the night before and stuck it in some obscure chest in your house (or bank) and forgot? If my bless wasn't my weapon/scrappers (a very visible/obvious item) I know I would likely forget it at home a lot...

Cuz if Krys and Righty don't have it, I just don't want to believe it went *poof* (cuz thats damn scary).

from what i heard he checked his paperdoll to see if it was blessed before he left the house, so it for sure was on him and blessed.
