Weird Skill Drop

I am recently back so forgive me if this is normal. I got whacked at the Yew gate in Fel, and now, my modified skills with rings and such are lower than my 'real' skill.

In fact if I strip, I still show a lower 'modified' skill though nothing is modifying...

yes.you were in faction stat loss.that is normal.and it is temporary {15-20 mins}
